30-Day Return Guarantee
All eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
We gladly accept returns for:
- Incorrect items received
- Damaged products upon arrival
- Manufacturing defects
- Products that do not meet your expectations
Return Conditions
Returned items should:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Include all original accessories and packaging whenever possible.
- Not show excessive wear, intentional damage, or misuse.
Free Returns
RainCub proudly offers free returns for eligible orders.
Our customer service team will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Refund Process
Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to complete the refund after processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow our standard return procedure.
Non-Returnable Situations
